How do I remove history of previously used website names from Bookmarks on my cell phone?

I took over a cellphone from someone else and found disgusting porn websites in Bookmarks. It’s a Nokia N95 8GB. Please help. I cannot get to delete them. There’s no option to delete, and of course if I click on the site, it opens up the yucky stuff I hate.

Within the browser, do:

Options > Clear privacy data > Form/password data

That will clear stuff that you’ve input into forms.

about cell phones history

A reverse cell phone look up allows you to know the details about a person behind that cell phone number. It can be useful for various purposes including private investigation or as simple as you forgetting who that cell phone number belongs to.

Although there are many websites that proclaim to offer free reverse cell phone look up services, most actually require a fee in order to get more detailed information.

For landlines and toll free numbers is different. Since it is relatively easy to get hold of information from landlines, they are usually free of charge. But for cell phones, it is a different matter.

Most information sources about cell phone are held and maintained by the telecommunication providers. In order to have access to these information, the reverse cell phone companies will have to buy access from the telecommunication providers.

In the United States alone, there are at least a dozen big and small telecommunication companies. That is why reverse cell phone look up are almost never free.

Most cell phone reverse lookup sites have reasonable charges and usually allows you to search their database for free but only a few details are shown. For a more detailed report, you will need to pay a fee. The cost varies from website to website but generally, it should not cost more than $30.

I have done a few reverse cell phone look up over the years and some of the information revealed about a cell phone number include

- Cell phone number owner name and address

- Other members in the same address

- Phone company and the carrier

- Issuing location

- Other cell phone, landlines or business contacts by the same person

- Email address

Some reverse cell phone sites can even allow you to browse through the person cell phone history as well as whether he/she has any police/criminal records. Most private investigators often like to use such sites as it is easy and convenient.
